    Education on ED

Anyone with E.D. (Including myself) knows how stressful it can be. You're constantly asking yourself things like "Why me?", "How did this happen?", "Will this ever stop?", or "What can I do to fix this?". Well what I'm going to talk about in this post is how you can conquer Erectile Dysfunction, and help get rid of that unneeded stress in your life. So lets start with the basics-

    What is Erectile Dysfunction?

Erectile dysfunction is the inability to get or keep an erection firm for sexual intercourse. "Impotence" can also be used to describe erectile dysfunction and other problems that interfere with sexual intercourse and reproduction, such as no sexual desire and problems with ejaculation or orgasm. Using "erectile dysfunction" shows that none of the other problems are included.

    How Does Erectile Dysfunction Occur?

Damage to nerves, arteries, smooth muscles, and other tissues of the penis, are the most common causes of erectile dysfunction. Alcoholism, kidney problems, Diabetes, multiple sclerosis, Heart disease, and neurologic diseases make up about 70 percent of ED cases. Out of men with diabetes about 30-50% have ED.

Lifestyle choices also increase the risk of ED. Smoking, obesity, and not exercising are causes of ED. Bladder or prostate surgery can also injure nerves and arteries near the penis, causing ED. Injury to the penis, prostate, bladder, and pelvis can also lead to erectile dysfunction. Some medications for blood pressure, allergies, antidepressants, and appetite suppressants can also be the cause.

Experts believe that psychological factors such as stress, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, cause 10-20% of ED cases. Men with a physical cause for ED will most likely experience the same sort of reactions (stress, anxiety, or depression). Hormonal imbalance (Not having enough Testosterone) is also a cause.

    How Is Erectile Dysfunction Treated?

Making a few lifestyle changes could fix it. Try Quitting smoking, losing excess weight, and increasing activity to help regain sexual function.

Stop taking any prescriptions that you think is causing problems with your erection, ask your doctor whether you should try a different class of medication if that happens to be the cause.

Psychotherapy is also a good treatment some men use to help with the depression or anxiety problems that occur with ED, drugs, vacuum devices, and surgically implanted devices. In rare cases, surgery involving veins or arteries could be an option.

The best advice for treatment of ED can be provided by your doctor, but some men feel uncomfortable or nervous talking to their doctor. Don't worry this is common in almost all men. If you do feel uncomfortable talking to your doctor, there are scientifically proven all natural solutions that can help your erectile dysfunction, which don't require prescriptions and are proven to be safer and healthier then prescription ED drugs. My experiences personally with these solutions have been great and are the only ED treatment products I recommend. My 2 favorite products
are CaliPlus™ and Enzyte. Both have great effectiveness. I currently use CaliPlus™ as it seems to work better for me, but men are different, and I recommend both equally.

(Note: Caliplus is made by a company named VitoPharma whose products I trust for most of the sexual disorder products that I've used. They Currently have a limited time offer on the 4 male sexual enhancement products they make. (Actual Cost being $ 224.95, but right now for $ 99.95). If you are interested you can find a link to the sale site on the Caliplus website. (It's the little corner peel away thing in the top right). Remember this is a Limited Time Offer.
